Whenever I am in a new city I also check out postcards to get ideas of good view points. Well the view from the area around Mrs Macquaries Point just by the Royal Botanical Gardens seems to feature in one way or another on about 50% of the postcards I saw. In the above photograph I zoomed in closely on the Sydney Opera House which makes the Harbour Bridge behind look very small. Despite how it appears here there is quite a distance between both these famous icons of Australia.
