From Merlion Park in the central business district of Singapore you can get a great view across Marina Bay to the Marina Bay Sands resort. The resort is home to a huge casino, shopping mall and exhibition centre as well as the three towers having 2561 hotel rooms! The above photograph was taken during the nightly performance of "Wonder Full" a multimedia spectacular featuring among other things 15 high-power lasers and 30 searchlights. It is nice to see it from this distance, but even better close up.
