There are a lot of interesting, weird and "only in Bangkok" things to see when walking done Khaosan Road. The people, the food, the bars and of course the signs. I didn't stop at the Golf Bar and I was a tad suspicious of their use of the term restaurant, but people seemed to be having a good time (probably the very strong cocktails had something to do with it). Khaosan Road is in central Bangkok and is known as the place to meet fellow backpackers. The road and roads around it are mainly bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and "tourist information".
