The reason I came to Dubai was for this photograph. Taken last night on my first evening in the city I am pretty happy with it. That said I might return at dusk or dawn before I move on. Even with the 10mm Sigma super wide angle lens it was tricky to get the very top of the world's tallest building in the frame. At 830 metres (2723 feet) to the tip it makes sense that I had to stand a little back from the building to get this image. In the foreground you can see the Burj Khalifa Lake which is man made and huge.
