When I managed to get out of bed before the sun a couple of weeks ago, I was hoping for a thick blanket of snow. However it had been a very clear night, so there was just frost of the ground. I wasn't going to let this stop me so I walked around the fields near where I live trying to find frost scenes to photograph. As I took this the sun was just rising up over my shoulder, hence the small amount of warm light on the tree.
