The purple neon that shows itself at night from this huge aerofoil canopy over the entrance of the Lowry Gallery / Theatre is very beautiful and photogenic in my opinion, so I thought I would get a close-up. All the lower third of the frame is glass, but the rest is metal with neon reflected in that.
