Subaru's are world famous rally cars, and the above photograph shows one of many that were racing at the 2008 Malcolm Wilson Rally up in the Lake District. I particularly like the way the back wheels are very blurred and the spray to the left of the car from a large puddle. Photographing any fast moving sports is always a challenge that I enjoy and although I have only been to one rally so far, the access for photographers is fantastic compared to a lot of other motor sports such as F1. Hopefully next March I will be back in Cockermouth for the Malcolm Wilson Rally 2009.
